Hello, I am Patty!

About Patty Phadungnam
Everyone knows me as Patty, originally from Thailand. I have a deep passion for caring, whether it is for people or animals. My caregiving journey began unexpectedly when I moved to Australia, where I discovered my natural inclination to look after others. If you ever need help, call out for Patty!, and I'll be there.
I'm an interior architecture graduate. Creativity has always been a part of my life, and I've found ways to combine it with my caring nature. My design background adds to how I care for others. I'm good at solving problems and paying attention to details, like making spaces cozy. I use design ideas to create a pleasant atmosphere for those I care for. With kindness and understanding, I aim to give all-around support, making their lives better.
About Children
I believe every child is unique and full of potential. A rich educational environment is key to helping them develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I strive to create a safe space where they can express and share their ideas. I am extremely positive and passionate about supporting children’s development, teaching them new skills, and encouraging them to become caring and independent individuals.
About Residents
I approach elder care with compassion and empathy, always trying to understand and respect each person's unique experiences. I am committed to being reliable and responsible, providing consistent and dependable support that respects their dignity and improves their well-being. These values guide all my actions, creating a caring and safe environment for the elderly.
